Intrinsic is a research and education tool. It applies published screening methodologies to public financial data and shows you the result. It does not know your circumstances, goals, tax position, or risk tolerance, and nothing it produces is a personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Every investment decision you make is yours alone, and you can lose money — including all of it.

Verdicts, scores, sticker prices, and intrinsic-value estimates are the output of formulas applied to reported figures. They are not predictions, and they are not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional who knows your situation.

Financial data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, mis-stated, or simply wrong. Intrinsic is provided as-is and as-available, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or uptime, and no liability for any decision made using it. Features may change or disappear without notice.

YOUR API KEYS

Some features run on third-party APIs. You may add your own keys, which are encrypted at rest and used only to serve your own requests. Create a key scoped to the minimum permissions and spending limit you are comfortable with. You can revoke it with the issuing provider at any time — deleting a key here removes it from Intrinsic only, and does not revoke it upstream. You are responsible for whatever your keys spend.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through Intrinsic, and do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or free-usage allowances. Do not use the service to break the law or the terms of any upstream data provider.

ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account, and everything attached to it, at any time from your profile page. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended without notice.

CHANGES

These terms may change. Continuing to use Intrinsic after a change means you accept the revised version.
